This book is one of the scarcest of Frances Parkinson Keyes. It is a collection of biographies originally published in the Granite Monthly or the National Historical Magazine of the DAR. The biographies are of FPK's grandmother, Frances Parkinson, a teacher and then wife of a minister in Woburn, Mass., Moses Dow of Haverhill, NH, William Tarleton of Pike, NH, Col. Thomas Johnson, an ancestor and one of 1st settlers in Newbury, Vt., and Henry Parkinson, another ancestor primarily from Londonderry, NH. 47 pages. The book has a glassine dj, which has some tears, and is in its original mailing envelope. Apparently never read and in very fine condition.
